Nuggit is a team of digital creators supported by seasoned experts in data science, software engineering, finance, design, and creative strategy. Nuggit is backed by leading international VC and private investors.

There are no strict guidelines in place for this. Typically, we partner with video creators who have been regularly uploading content for a minimum of 18 months, consistently attracting at least 750k views per month from their long form video content, and maintaining subscriber bases ranging from 75k to several million. The Channel owner who we transact with will need to be over the age of 18.

We look to fund most transactions within 10 days.

First, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your channel library using our proprietary technology. In a nutshell this involves our algorithms using your data to build a future viewing profile for each video in your library. This comprehensive analysis allows us to accurately calculate the overall value of your business. Itʼs not too different from a traditional business valuation thatʼs been done for decades, and now weʼre doing it for the economy of Creators. Following our analysis we will engage in a discussion with you to understand your financial requirements and creative aspirations.

Our investment is designed as a time-limited purchase of a portion of your channel revenues. They are not loans and have no impact on your credit.

Anyone can apply for Nuggit funding by following these 3 steps:

1) Plug your channel into the nuggit platform by using our Pluggit application which grants read-only access to your YouTube channel

2) Provide us with some basic contact information and confirm your channel details

3) Our analytics platform will make an estimation of the value of your video library by making a forecast of your future channel revenues, and once this is done we will contact you to discuss your funding options.

We offer upfront funding amounts from £30,000. The maximum amount is determined by our estimation of the current value of your YouTube channel and your future earning potential.

Yes, you keep full ownership and control of your channel. All we ask is for you to keep producing awesome content.

Once you have decided what level of funding you need, you are able to vary the term and the level of Nuggit’s participation.

The data we access relates to the performance of your video library and enables our algorithms to value your channel in detail. This data is unique to your channel and is only identifiable by your channel ID. The data is private and confidential, and we handle it as we do all Personal Data in the strictest of confidence and in compliance with the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the Data Protection Act 2018 and all other mandatory laws and regulations of the United Kingdom.

After our valuation analysis, you can unpair your channel any time directly through YouTube.

The consent you provide us when you pair your channel is view-only access into the data reporting analytics area of your YouTube Channel. We will only be able to view channel and video performance data, including views, watch time, revenue, and demographics. There is no ability to make any changes to your channel.
